Recipe Inspiration

I live a gluten-free life. It is not a matter of sacrificing anything, but of finding better serving alternatives and thereby greater freedom! Two things determine your health; what good you feed yourself with and what 'not-good' you feed yourself with. Health is not about having a poor and boring life. And as you see; I'm not lacking anything!

(Gluten is a plant-based protein that our body cannot break down. A so-called antinutrient - the opposite of nutrition, that causes intestinal inflammation as well as leaky gut. This in turn can lead to a wide range of both mental and physical diseases and in worst case; death if not detected in time. Let´s stay gluten free!)
Always gluten-free & sugar-free, mostly low-carb + sourdough bread. No yeast.
